All sales are final. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can evaluate and make it right.
- We only accept exchange requests for apparel items of the same article in a different size. You can submit an exchange request within 7 days after receiving your order.
- Item(s) must be sent back in original condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, unworn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging with tags still attached. If items do not fit these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
- If an exchanged item is out of stock, we will credit the payment method used for the initial purchase.
